THE PALACE OF THE PROVINCE

The Palace of the Province of Cosenza is brought back to life. The historical building is located in one of the most beautiful Italian squares. The Administration has recently decided to renovate it in order to bring it back to its full fruition and extraordinary beauty; the town of Cosenza and the whole province are fiercely proud of it.

The building is part of Cosenza's cultural heritage and it has reopened its doors to citizens after having been given back its old prestige.

Dozens of local specialists have beautifully arranged its indoor furniture and restored its halls, external facades, pictorial and architectural works. When doing that, they kept the original spaces and design but combined them with that touch of modernity that well suits new times and the dynamism of the Province, always heading to the future and to the ambitions of those who wanted their representatives to sit in that palace.

The Palace of the Province was designed to be a meeting point, a common house where ideas are produced, compared and turned into a growing reality.

The Palace is an institutional place where political decisions are taken, but also a place belonging to the whole community. This is because it is full of art and custodian of our shared history.

Therefore, the Palace does not only host political and democratic debates, but also artistic and cultural events open to everyone.
